Commercial Flood Cuts

When SERVPRO of Auburn/Enumclaw responds to a water loss in your business, one thing we will often need to do is to make cuts a few inches above the flood line to remove damaged drywall and insulation. These are called flood cuts

Insulation cannot be dried and maintain a proper R-value so creating these flood cuts help us to be able to access the insulation to replace it if there is any. It also gives us access to the inside of the wall so that we can use drying equipment to dry it out quicker.
