Our furnace had been leaking for 3 months and it ruined my brand new flooring and 3 of my newly remodeled kitchen cabinets. SERVPRO came out and got everything above and below dried out and ready for the contractor. They were very careful and respectful of the situation, explaining every step and even tolerating my 10 month old puppy Rusty supervising everything. I cannot say enough about SERVPRO. From the first day when I called for help with the water damage in my home to the day they brought my contents back, they have been kind, professional, and thorough. My first contacts were Justin, Alex, and Samantha. They guided me through what they were going to do to get my home dried out, how they would pack up my home, and the process of dealing with my insurance. I was informed when people were in the home as well, which made me fell secure and safe. Joanne and her team packed up the contents of my home with care and delivered them back equally with care. The office staff is equally gracious every time I go in (Sandra and the receptionist). I am so grateful to SERVPRO for their amazing service during a very difficult time. Five stars is not enough!

I had a clean water leakage in a 2nd floor bathroom, water came out through my dining room roof and the pantry ceiling light. SERVPRO team came in the evening and looked out all the issue along with my dining room. The dinning room roof had a mural painting, I asked them try to save it if possible and the last option is to takeout the drywall to dry up. Abe listened patiently and looked into all the possible options and set out the equipment to start drying. He did the perforation and did all possible things and he finally was able to dry out everything. I cannot thank enough for their perseverance and dedication to save the mural. I recently had a water line break in my 4 yr old home soaking my living room and kitchen. After trying to tackle the clean up of all the water on our own we knew it was more than we could handle. I called up SERVPRO right away since I had worked with them in the past yrs. Here it was 1:00am my team showed up and got right to work on our home. SERVPRO has been great. My dishwasher started leaking and ruined some of the flooring in my kitchen. I was able to schedule an appointment with them for the next day. Justin thoroughly checked the flooring in the kitchen for water, and underneath the house. He was able to send pictures and information about the state of the water damage directly to my insurance company, which made the process so quick and easy. Abelardo and Moises handled the clean up of the kitchen, which was quite a job because some of the cabinets had to be removed. They were very professional and walked me through what the clean up process was going to entail. Abelardo was also able to help schedule the daily follow up appointments (to check on the drying of the floors) before I had to be at work in the morning, so that was great. SERVPRO has made a stressful experience less stressful.

Niniska, Katy, Eduardo, Forrest & Allen did an amazing packing & moving my apt. They took care of all my stuff & packed everything neatly & organized. We could not have asked for a more detail oriented, conscientious and professional team to deal with our clean up from a broken water pipe. The pack out crew, headed by Patricia, that helped us remove all of our belongings, both salvageable and non salvageable, were efficient, knowledgeable and most importantly, personable. We were put at ease with their care for our belongings and they provided a much appreciated distraction to our daunting situation with their light-hearted conversations. The water mirigation was completed quickly and very efficiently with daily progress inspections. Communication from everyone was clear and consistent and never left us wondering what was next.

Ninoska's entire team was AMAZING! Today we had a team pack back of 8 storage units of furniture and boxes. The whole team of Joanne, Patricia, Eduardo, Arturo and Josh worked carefully and efficiently taking and placing our belongings in each room.
Joanne and Patricia really went the extra mile in making it easy to open and stack boxes. They were superb!
In the original pack out right after the fire, Sandra and Ninoska and their teams and Alex were wonderful. Not only did they pack, label and stack all belongings with great care, they also cleaned and scrubbed every surface of the studs and ceiling joists throughout the house.
All these people were easy to get along with, had a great sense of humor and worked well with each other.
