I had a bad water leak, SERVPRO was here within an hour. Very professional. Guided me through and answering any questions I have. I am very happy with all the workers, and staff. I used SERVPRO to dry out my walls and flooring after a roof leak. All of the technicians were friendly and constantly made sure that the machines were checked on throughout the drying process. I worked closely with Ayana Brown and she was awesome! She constantly kept in touch and was always able to answer my questions. Her work is very thorough and I'd recommend her to anyone that needs any SERVPRO services.

Had to call the On Call team out to start the dry up of our flooded kitchen. The teams that came out were amazing, Not only were they quick to get working they were super friendly. All the crews that came out to either check on the drying process or the equipment were courteous and willing to work around our schedules. Our water heater failed in our basement and the crew was able to get everything dry and clean. Our carpets were saved and so was our drywall. A few minor fixes like baseboards and padding, but otherwise the team of Hugo, Jorge, Manuel, Luis, and Carlos took wonderful care of us at a stressful time.

We were so relieved to work with such a professional crew when dealing with the aftermath of a water leak. Abelardo, Glen, Giancarlo, Richard, JJ and Max were all incredibly hard working, polite, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. There was a water leak in my home and SERVPRO took care of everything in a professional and timely manner. There was extensive damage and with Mason's careful and detailed work he found every problem area and took care of things as seen fit. We are thankful for their attention to detail and efficiency. Jason, Devin, and Forrest did a great job cleaning up a grey water drainage backup that flooded my condo kitchen and living room, removing wet carpet, drywall, insulation and cabinets and placing dryers and dehumidifiers, etc. and patiently answering all my questions. They were careful, considerate, and didn’t waste any time in getting the work done. I highly recommend.

So thankful for SeERVPRO! Got home to water coming through my downstairs ceiling and had a slight panic. Called SERVPRO and they were at my house in a matter of minutes, with all the proper equipment to dry things out asap! Our solar company contracted Black Diamond Roofing Company to install venting in our roof as part of our solar project. It was installed incorrectly, leading to leaks and eventually water dripping out of the canister lights into the kitchen. Thank goodness SERVPRO is here to help renew our space and replace all the damaged drywall in our ceilings. Mina, Eduardo, and Darren called ahead to let us know when to be expecting them, they arrived on time, had friendly demeanor and were speedy. Also, my items were packed with care and they handed me my most important items directly. Very happy with service and will use again.

We could not have asked for a more detail oriented, conscientious and professional team to deal with our clean up from a broken water pipe. The pack out crew, headed by Patricia, that helped us remove all of our belongings, both salvageable and non salvageable, were efficient, knowledgeable and most importantly, personable. We were put at ease with their care for our belongings and they provided a much appreciated distraction to our daunting situation with their light-hearted conversations. The water mirigation was completed quickly and very efficiently with daily progress inspections. Communication from everyone was clear and consistent and never left us wondering what was next.

Had a pipe burst in my downstairs and noticed it around 8pm. I called my insurance, who told me SERVPRO would call me. Jeremy with SERVPRO called me within 10 minutes, and had Eli, Richard, and Robert dispatched out to the house within 20 minutes of our phone call.

Eli was a lifesaver, immediately identifying the source of the leak and taking all necessary action to stop the water flow. Richard and Robert worked with him at my house well past midnight. Having work the next morning, I was able to go to sleep with them working downstairs knowing they had it under control.

They then sent a team of people out every day to monitor the situation. Carlos, Jorge, and Hugo were the maintenance team assigned to me, and they were great at keeping me informed as to the progress of the remediation. They had everything dried out and treated within a week, and kept the rest of my house impeccably clean.

If you have a flood. Call SERVPRO. They are 100% worth it, and I’d bet your insurance works with them too.

Hugo and Christian, assigned to my water damage case, were amazing! They were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, and they kept me up-to-date on everything that was happening, and what to expect next. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Our upstairs bathroom flooded and the water got into our kitchen. Abe and Gleen came same day in less than three hours of calling the customer service line. Abe and Gleen were super nice to us. They explained the whole process and how these situations work. Great experience with Abe and Gleen, super hard workers and couple of the nicest folks I’ve met.

Your people are awesome. Abe and his crew, Manuel, David and Cody were wonderful in every respect. A water pipe leak wiped out half of my house flooring but they were quick to bring in their equipment, fans and dehumidifiers to dry out everything. They were professional, answered my questions, assured me of good results, thorough in examining the wet areas and making sure they found all the water damages places. They were careful and conscientious, friendly and made me confident that they would do their best work. All gold stars!! Best workers ever.

Very pleased with the punctual and professional service received from SERVPRO. I had a pretty substantial cleanup project required after a pipe burst. Appreciate the work of the whole crew: Ninoska, Mason, Trennese, Robert, Adam, Erick, Milton, Katy, Kamal, Luis, Manuel, DJ and Forest. They had great communication and handled everything with great detail!

I contacted SERVPRO  to do the mitigation due to water damage and mold. Nicole handled the claim professionally and organized the cleanup. JJ and Nika the technicians arrived promptly and did an an awesome job. Entire operation from deploying the barrier to cleanup was done very thoroughly and professionally.
